Remember everyone, this is my 1st blog, so I might go off on tangents. Week 2 has been exciting and challenging all at the same time. I have noticed that some of my bad habits are diminishing and I’m slowly gaining new more positive habits. I catch myself on what I call “Stinking Thinking” and automatically change to I can do that. I’ve been noticing not even second guessing myself. See, we have spent most of our lives being told we cant do something, so its an easy copout. It is becoming easier to do some of my new habits and less of a chore, becoming automatic. Stay tuned as the journey continues.
