If you noticed week 7 missing, somehow it is up above. Still learning and growing with the blogging. In week seven we are going 7 days without having a negative thought. I’m realizing how negative people are. It has become a norm. I’m catching myself in a negative thought and immediately thinking of something else. That happens a lot, didn’t realize how negative a person is. My thinking is becoming more clear and I’ve noticed that I’m starting to control my subconscious thinking. What an experience. This class is one of the most amazing things that I have experienced in my life.
